2025 was quite the year! While our job as a general contractor is to, well, build buildings, we’re especially proud of the things we built that you can’t always see.
Lasting Client Partnerships. In 2025, we completed more than 10 impactful projects for long-standing clients. From aquatic centers serving the Baltimore City community to continued phased renovations at a senior living facility, and everything in between, we’re grateful for the opportunity to keep supporting our clients’ goals and missions.
New Client Partnerships. Alongside our trusted partners, we welcomed several new clients this year and their first projects with us are underway. We’re proud of the strong foundations we’re laying together and look forward to what’s ahead.
Our People. We build projects, but our people build Plano-Coudon. In 2025, we welcomed new teammates, celebrated milestone anniversaries (including the 25th anniversary of the first employee hired at P-C!), recognized well-earned promotions, and hosted interns who spent their summer learning on fast-paced, busy jobsites. We also honored our award-winning culture with our 11th consecutive Baltimore Sun Top Workplace win, a reflection of the team that makes this company what it is.
Community. Community is built into our core values. This year, that meant reconnecting with clients in the spaces we helped create, leading hands-on construction activities in an elementary school, visiting our furry friends at BARCS, assembling snack packs for students at one of our nonprofit clients, and hosting our 12th Annual Plano-Coudon Foundation Golf Classic. We’re proud of another year of giving back in meaningful ways.
Design & Trade Partnerships. We couldn’t do any of this without our design and trade partners. In 2025, we celebrated our projects together through groundbreakings, topping-out ceremonies, ribbon cuttings, and countless moments of collaboration in the field.
To top off everything we built this year, we also made a big move of our own, relocating our headquarters to Columbia, Maryland. Our continued growth and expanding regional footprint led us to a new home that better positions us to serve both the D.C. Metro and greater Baltimore markets. While our address has changed, our heart will always be in Baltimore — the city that built us and will always be home.
As always, we’re excited for what 2026 has in store. Thank you to our clients, partners, and team members who made this year possible!
