Welcoming our Summer 2024 Intern Class!

Welcoming our Summer 2024 Intern Class!

We are thrilled to welcome another group of talented and enthusiastic summer interns to Plano-Coudon! Our team looks forward to hosting emerging professionals each year as they gain invaluable experience in construction management.

Join us in giving a big welcome to our summer 2024 intern class:

Shane, a rising senior at the University of Maryland studying Civil Engineering, is doing his first internship in construction management this summer. He’ll help our team at the Pickersgill Senior Living community with the third phase of renovations. We are confident he’ll have a fantastic experience with that rock star team.

Michael, a construction management major at Morgan State University who has a business minor, will be a part of our team performing extensive renovations at the Walter P. Carter pool for Baltimore City Recreation and Parks. We are excited to see how Michael likes construction management and know the team is glad to have his help.

Cameron, a senior at Virginia Tech studying Building Construction, is joining the Maree G. Farring school renovation project in Baltimore City. Cameron is returning to P-C for his final summer in college to gain additional experience as he prepares for a career as a Superintendent. Welcome back, Cameron!

Bryce, a senior at West Virginia University in Civil Engineering, worked on a renovation project at the Fairhaven senior living community in 2023. He’ll get a totally different experience with us this summer doing a lab renovation in Rockville and a renovation at MedStar Montgomery in Olney. We are excited to have Bryce and his positive energy back this summer!

Plano-Coudon’s internship program provides valuable hands-on experience to emerging professionals, allowing them to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios. As they play an active role in the success of their projects, they gain a clear sense of what it’s like to work in our industry and can clarify their career goals in the process. We are proud to contribute to developing the next generation of construction leaders through our internship program and are fortunate to partner with universities that produce such talented future builders.

To our summer interns: Welcome to Plano-Coudon! We are so excited that you’ve chosen to join us for a summer that we are confident will be filled with learning, new challenges, and lasting professional relationships. Your energy, curiosity, and willingness to embrace new experiences will positively impact our team and our work. We look forward to seeing how much you accomplish this summer!
