Watershed Community Center

The Watershed Community Center is a two-story, ground up, community center consisting of a fitness area, yoga studio, men’s & women’s locker rooms and a children’s area. The construction also included stone waterfall counter tops, kitchen, an event room with a deck, a built-in pool, pool deck and fencing, a pool house, sidewalks, a butterfly pitched roof with decorative wood ceilings, storefront doors, Prodema Prodex rain screen, hardie panel siding, and a stamped concrete patio with a gas boulder fire pit and grills.
