Within weeks of graduating from college and starting work at Plano-Coudon, project engineer Bridgette Miller plunged into a $24 million project. For the next two years, Miller worked hand-in-hand with experienced project managers and superintendents, renovating 16 student apartment buildings while mastering skills essential to bringing a complex construction project to a successful conclusion.
